Let me begin off by saying this is very cute :3
Okay so let me just make it easy and have less reading
Pros:
Color choice. You used multiple shades to show different shadows and the colors match each other.
Details. You had a lot of details like on the rose and hair which is very nice.
Accuracy. The picture looks very much like Karin.

Cons:
Shading is kind of at random. I didn't really see a single light source. It showed mostly around the neck and chest. Seemed like you were just shading the edges. Maybe it's just me.
She's facing forward but her breast says other wise it's only facing right. You should even out the breasts in both sides.

Other wise the sketch like style is very cool good job :3
